EPA rating of a two-wheel drive stands at 21mpg combined while the four-wheel driving system is rated at 20 mpg. However, there is one more unit. A 2.8-liter four-cylinder is going to be placed under the hood of LT and Z71 models. This unit comes with an output of 181 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. It means its towing capacity is greater than other two engines. Maximum towing capacity of the 2.8l is estimated at 7,700lbs.

Exterior

2017 Chevrolet Colorado won’t differ much from its predecessor in terms of styling. There are some refreshments, but generally, these two are going to resemble each other. It is believed that Chevy is going to reduce the weight of this pickup for around 900lbs. We don’t believe this rumor, but it’s possible that new Colorado will have few pounds less than the previous model. Allegedly, it is coming with new bumpers and side skirts.
